Commercial fleet rental services, across the UAE.

Fleet rental is hiring commercial vehicles on an agreed term instead of buying them — the provider carries ownership, servicing, registration and replacement. Dynamic Fleets rents chiller vans, freezer vans, refrigerated trucks, dry vans and tanker units across all seven emirates, by the day, week or month, with a trained driver included by default.

Rental terms

A vehicle off the road costs more than the vehicle itself.

Owning commercial vehicles in the UAE means carrying registration, insurance, servicing, driver recruitment, workshop downtime and resale risk on your own books. The expensive part is rarely the purchase — it is the morning a van will not start and a full day of scheduled deliveries has nowhere to go. Fleet rental moves that risk onto the provider: we own the asset, we maintain it, and we supply a replacement when something goes down, so your route runs regardless.

Where each model actually makes sense.

An honest comparison — ownership wins in some situations, and it is worth knowing which.

Factor Fleet rental Buying outright
Upfront capital None — rate only Full vehicle cost per unit
Maintenance & servicing Carried by the provider Your cost and your workshop time
Vehicle breakdown Replacement arranged Route stops until repaired
Seasonal scaling Add or release vehicles by term Idle assets in the off-season
Long-term high utilisation Rate runs continuously Can be cheaper over many years
Branding & customisation Limited to agreed livery Full control of the vehicle

Four ways to hold a vehicle.

The right term is usually decided by how repeatable the route is — not by how many vehicles you need.

DAILY

One-off jobs

Event catering, a single bulk delivery, a temporary overflow day. No commitment beyond the booking.

WEEKLY

Short projects

Store openings, exhibition periods, a covering vehicle while your own unit is in the workshop

MONTHLY

Standing routes

A fixed monthly rate for a dedicated vehicle on a repeating route. The most cost-predictable option.

SEASONAL

Peak-period surge

Extra units for Ramadan, retail peaks or event seasons, added for a defined window and released after.

Running a repeating daily route? See monthly fleet hire for how fixed-rate contracts are structured.

Four steps from enquiry to vehicles on the road.

STEP 01

Scope the requirement

Vehicle types, how many, the routes they run and the term you need them for. Mixed classes are fine.

STEP 02

Confirm rate & availability

We quote a fixed rate against that scope and confirm which units are available for your start date.

STEP 03

Assign vehicles & drivers

Units are prepared, refrigerated vehicles pre-cooled, and drivers briefed on your route and cargo handling.

STEP 04

Run & adjust

Vehicles run your schedule. Add units, change routes or release vehicles as your volume moves.

What comes with the vehicle.

Renting is not only about the asset — it is about who carries the compliance load. Registration, insurance and roadworthiness sit with us as owner. On refrigerated units, handling practice is HACCP-aligned and temperature is held to the bands used under Dubai Municipality food transport guidance.

Registration

Vehicles are registered, insured and maintained by Dynamic Fleet Transport L.L.C. as owner.

Chilled band

Chilled units hold +2°C to +8°C, calibrated to Dubai Municipality’s ≤5°C guidance for chilled foods.

Frozen band

Frozen units run at −18°C or colder for the full route.

HACCP-aligned

Cleaning, loading and handling follow HACCP principles; we do not claim third-party HACCP certification.

Temperature logs

Available per trip on refrigerated vehicles, on request.

One contract, mixed vehicles

Most businesses that come to us do not need one vehicle class. A catering company might need two chiller vans on a daily route and a freezer van twice a week; a retailer might need dry vans year-round and chilled units only in summer. Rather than splitting that across separate bookings, mixed vehicle types can sit under a single rental agreement with one point of contact.

Built around the transitions, not just the transport.

// CONTINUITY

Replacement vehicles

A unit going down mid-contract is our problem to solve, not a lost delivery day for you.

// RANGE

Chilled, frozen & dry

One provider across every temperature band plus uncooled cargo — no juggling separate suppliers.

// COVERAGE

All 7 emirates

Dubai dispatch as standard, with inter-emirate routes to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah and UAQ.

Straight answers to the questions we're asked most.

What is fleet rental?
Fleet rental is hiring commercial vehicles — one van or a whole group of them — on a rental agreement instead of buying and owning them. The rental provider owns the vehicles and carries responsibility for registration, insurance, servicing and replacement, while your business pays an agreed rate for access to them.

Our fleet covers chiller vans and fridge vans holding +2°C to +8°C, freezer vans and refrigerated trucks running at -18°C or colder, room-temperature dry vans for uncooled cargo, and salt water tanker units. If you need mixed vehicle types on one agreement, they can sit under a single contract.

Yes — a trained driver is included by default on our rentals. Self-drive is available on request where your staff hold a valid UAE licence for the vehicle class in question.

There is no long minimum. We rent by the day for one-off jobs and events, by the week for short projects, and on monthly contracts for standing routes. Businesses running fixed daily routes usually find a monthly agreement more predictable than repeated daily bookings.

Yes. Servicing, maintenance and registration stay with us as the vehicle owner. If a rented vehicle goes down mid-contract we arrange a replacement so your route is not left without a vehicle — this is the main operational reason businesses move from owning to renting.

Yes, and it is one of the more common reasons UAE businesses rent rather than buy. Ramadan, peak retail periods, event seasons and new store openings all create short spikes in vehicle demand that do not justify a permanent purchase. Additional vehicles can be added for a defined period and released afterwards.

We dispatch from Dubai and operate across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, including inter-emirate and multi-stop routes.

Tell us the vehicle types, how many you need, the routes they will run and the period you want them for. We confirm availability and a fixed rate against that scope — we do not publish generic per-vehicle pricing, because size, term and driver requirement all change the number.

Tell us what your routes need. We'll tell you what the fleet costs.

Vehicle types, quantity, routes and term — that’s all we need to come back with a fixed rate.
